Selling kitchens and bathrooms aged 17
I’m Olivia, and ever since I sold my first kitchen, aged 17, for 1% commission, I’ve been fascinated by providing memorable customer experiences that converts.
While I don’t sell kitchens anymore. I’ve spent 14 years working in and around marketing: agency side, client side, and everywhere in between. I’ve realised one thing: I can make the complicated things simple.
Business growth doesn’t need to be complicated and I love super simple strategies that help businesses to provide memorable experiences. From the first impression to the repeat visit.

A very brief timeline
2017 - Setup my first business
Frustrated with the glass ceiling of the agency world, I setup my own content marketing business in London and was fully booked for 2 years.
Took up a lead role at Department for International Trade and it gave me opportunity to step up under the pressures of Brexit. I loved the challenge.
2019 - Landed in Bath, pivoted
Relocated to the South West and pivoted my offer into the the not-for-profit space, working with small-medium charities through an agency and self-employed.
Also started coaching 1:1 as helping others to realise their potential gives me so much energy!
2024 - Got the dream role
Moved into a leading strategic role for the Royal Society of Arts in London and re-discovered my love of business growth and marketing.
Setup a side hustle of a fitness business in Bath, which grew organically for 2 years before I decided to step away.

Much of what I do in a fractional CMO capacity, 1:1 and in group workshops is about cutting through the noise and creating clear priorities and messaging.

I have a strong work ethic and doing the right thing is important to me so it’s important to give my whole self to working with clients. This means that I go above and beyond to make sure we get results.

It takes courage to have the difficult conversation, sometimes our limiting beliefs or unconscious biases are stopping business owners from embracing the next stage of growth. I am kind but also candid in my approach.
